Putting all those good fabric scraps together to make a unique strip banner is the focus of this workshop. I will lead you through the steps of how to create your banner - fabric selection, composition, layering and final construction using a sewing machine for a quilting effect. Embellishments of buttons, beads or trinkets will be available and every banner will include a swivel clip-on curtain ring to enable you to display your banner wherever you wish.

I’ll provide all the materials and tools you need to kick-start your creative muse …all you need to bring is you.

The workshop will be held in the Ogden Room, a meeting space at the apartment building where I live in downtown Everett. Details on location and parking will be included with your registration confirmation.
